This report presents the results of Phase II of the Catskill  Turbidity Control Study.  The study was undertaken to identify and evaluate feasible, effective, and cost –effective measures for reliably improving the turbidity and temperature control in diversion from the Schoharie Reservoir to the Esopus Creek.  Phase II includes conceptual design and performance evaluations for three diversion alternatives.
