dc.description.abstract	This document is a plan for Forest Preserve and other state lands within the Catskill Park and Forest Preserve land outside the park within Ulster, Greene, Delaware, and Sullivan Counties. This plan establishes management units based on characteristics and level of public use. Issues related to the management of these areas are explained including the Catskill High peaks bird conservation area, long distance trail descriptions, and responses to public comments.	en_US
