This objectives of this study were to engage in inter-municipal discussions that characterize and focus the nature of development and growth that is sensitive to the Route 23A Corridor. It also works to provide analysis of environmental conditions and infrastructure that constrains and supports desired land users; evaluation of federal, state, regional, and local regulations that shape land use; and, identification of planning tools and recommendations that may be implemented by the Hunter Communities to bring a shared vision for future development while protecting the communities intrinsic resources. |
