This report provides information on the progress of the NYCDEP’s efforts to improve its water protection program following the filtration avoidance determination in 2002. The water protection program functions through land acquisition, environmental and economic partnership programs, wastewater treatment and water quality monitoring. This document discusses the results for 2004.
