Fish Communities and Habitat of Geomorphically Stable Reference Reaches in Streams of the Catskill Moungian Region, New York

Abstract

This report provides baseline data collected from 2002-2006 at nine reference reaches (3 within the Schoharie Creek Watershed) on fish-community composition, habitat characteristics, and trout-habitat correlations that can be used to evaluate the biological impact of stream restorations in the Catskill Mountain region.
