Summary:
Article 4 in a series of 10, this report summarizes organic chemistry sampling under baseflow conditions over a three-year period for 60 sites within the watersheds of the NYC drinking water supply system. Six sites within the Schoharie Creek watershed are included in this analysis. Organic matter concentrations were measured to estimate temporal and spatial variability and relate to land use at the watershed scale.
