dc.description.abstract This study examines partnerships in the New York City water supply watershed using qualitative methodology evaluating watershed partnership programs through interview with a diverse set of stakeholders including perspectives from New York City government, watershed county governments, a watershed town government, and non-profit groups. The results were analyzed to determine what has been successful and to identify significant themes in response to interview questions. en_US
